MY Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provided Federal employees’ assistance in filing new job-related injury claims in the Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Workers’ Compensation Employee Compensation Operations and Management Portal (ECOMP).

Provided Federal employees’ assistance in finding a treating physician who is approved by DOL/OWCP.

 

Provides Federal employees’ assistance in filing a Claim for Compensation (CA-7) to DOL/OWCP through ECOMP.

 

Provided Federal employees’ assistance in completing all necessary forms associated with their injury claims, such as travel reimbursement to and from their physician and physical therapy appointments.

Provided Federal employees’ assistance in providing their employer with the necessary medical documentation requested, such as current duty status reports after initial and follow-up appointments from the treating physicians.

 

Provided Federal employees’ assistance in responding to DOL/OWCP development letters.

Provided Federal employees’ assistance in appealing DOL/OWCP denial of their injury case.
