I have over fifty-four (54) years experience in human resources management (HRM), including Employee Development, Senior Management Development, Employee Benefits, Worker’ Compensation, Position Classification, Database Management, Recruitment and Placement, Employee Relations, and Workforce Development, and Office Administration. 

 

I am a dedicated, people-oriented Human Resources Manager with initiative, innovation, and a proven record of solid achievements… numerous awards both Military and Federal service.  A positive team player... who works as long, as hard, as often as necessary to get the job done right the first time.

 

I communicate effectively with all levels of management, including the legal advisors and the of Labor (DOL), Office of Workers’ Compensation Program (OWCP), U. S. Attorney Office Southern Texas, Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Inspector General (OIG) Medical Center Directors, Medical Center Associate Directors, Claims Managers, Senior Claims Examiners, Examiners, and Claims Examiners.

 

I am an organizer who designs, implements and directs complex projects without supervision or guidance.  A results-oriented team player that manages by objectives with a focus on organizational goals.

 

Turner and Associates Injury Compensation Consulting (TAICC) was created with the main objective of assisting injured workers in reporting and understanding the process of their injury claims within the time frame of their employer workers’ compensation program.  TAICC also provides services to employers to assist them in managing the entire complex of the workers' compensation program.
